Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of tag-genie (“the Service”), operated from India. By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

tag-genie auto-tags and routes support messages you submit. We provide it on an “as is” basis and may change features over time. The free tier covers 100 messages/month; paid tiers are described on our pricing page.

2. Acceptable use

You must not submit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the Service, or resell it without permission. You are responsible for the data you submit and for obtaining any consent required to process it.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay or Stripe. Prices are shown in INR (tax-inclusive, GST applicable) and USD. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for cancellations.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding month. tag-genie’s tags are suggestions; you remain responsible for how you act on them.
