Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with tag-genie. This policy explains cancellations and refunds, as required by our payment processors.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel any paid plan at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

2. Refunds

If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and are not satisfied, email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com for a full refund. After 7 days, payments for the current period are non-refundable, but you will not be billed again.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay/Stripe within 5–7 business days.

4. Free tier

The free tier involves no payment and therefore no refund.
