We respect your privacy and handle data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and GDPR principles.

1. What we collect

Account data (email, billing details) when you sign up or pay. Message content you submit for triage. Usage analytics (privacy-friendly, no third-party ad tracking).

2. The live demo

Messages pasted into the public demo are classified in-memory and not persisted. They are not used to train models.

3. How we use data

To provide triage, route messages, bill you, and improve the Service. We do not sell your data. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay/Stripe under their own policies.

4. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com. We delete account data within 30 days of account closure.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We keep daily backups and limit access to authorised operators.
